Enso is the wolf mascot for Paradokkusu.io.

Through the magic of Rive, he is alive!! He breathes. He is on an exciting journey that is going to transform him over time along with this platform.

This is Enso, awake.

The idea of Enso resonates deeply with the core philosophy of paradokkusu.io, where this space is an extension of my mind, evolving and growing with complexity and clarity over time.

Currently, I have 5 emotions baked on the Rive side (neutral, sad, happy, angry, surprised), and the rig mapping works on the app side, realtime.

Enso is one Rive artboard driven by a single normalized control surface — a RigInput contract of a few dozen signed channels: limbs as forward-kinematic bone rotations, a face, root translation, scarf physics. Everything that moves him writes to that one surface:

• Procedural adapters compose idle drift, cursor gaze, and the weather-wind — summed and clamped by a small mixer.
• Rive's state machine owns the six emotions and expression blends through data binding.
• A webcam retargeter (MediaPipe) turns your pose into that same RigInput — so your camera drives the exact same rig the adapters do.

He's also versioned: the rig lives in the admin platform where new versions will be uploaded, calibrated, and embedded. This page is rendering a live, pinned version of him.

Enso's rig, state machine, and expression blending are built entirely in Rive — huge thanks to @rive_app for the tool that made a living mascot possible.
